Dad Matters works with dads-to-be and dads with babies, you can get in touch with us directly through the website or email or ask your midwife or health visitor to refer you.

Whether you just want some bonding tips or need ongoing support, we want to help dads have the best possible relationship with their families.

We hope to get dads engaged with services that have traditionally been targeted at mums, and to train & support volunteer dads to work with us.

We work directly with services that support Dads, families and especially babies to increase engagement and knowledge across the sector.

We want to make sure dads know how important they are, how to access support when they need it and why it’s essential for baby’s development.

This project is currently in a pilot phase.  Referrals are being accepted from the following three Boroughs: Home-Start Elmbridge, Home-Start Epsom and Ewell and Home-Start Runnymede and Woking.  We hope to expand the project to cover the whole county later in the year.  Dads and Dads-to-be from across Surrey can access the New Dads workshop and online content.
