At Home‑Start Epsom, Ewell & Banstead, we welcome referrals from professionals, families, and community partners. Our aim is to make the process as simple, supportive, and transparent as possible so families can access the help they need at the right time. Whether you’re a health visitor, social worker, GP, early years practitioner, or a parent looking for support yourself, this page will guide you to the right referral route.

Who We Support

We support families who have at least one child under the age of 11 (up to age 5 for our Home Visiting service) and who may be experiencing challenges such as:

  • Isolation or lack of local support
  • Perinatal mental health difficulties
  • Low confidence or emotional wellbeing concerns
  • Parenting challenges
  • Multiple births
  • Disability or long‑term illness (parent or child)
  • Financial or housing pressures
  • Relationship strain
  • Limited family or social networks
  • Adjusting to life with a new baby
  • Feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn

If you’re unsure whether a family is eligible, we’re always happy to discuss their situation.
