Self referrals

If you think you’d like support, please contact Hayley Ronald – Senior Family Coordinator on 07804 519622 (M, W, F 9am-5pm) or via email at hayley.ronald@hseeb.org.uk, or complete this Self-Referral Form. We’ll give you a call to find out a little more about your situation and discuss what we might be able to offer, or we may sign post you to other sources of help and support.

Any professionals you are currently involved with e.g. Health Visitors, Family Centres or Social Workers will also be able to discuss whether a referral to Home-Start for support would benefit you and your family.

You can also contact the Surrey Child and Family Health Service 0-19s Advice Line which is open to all Surrey families Tel: 0300 247 0025 9am – 5pm  Mon to Fri (excluding bank holidays) if you have any questions about the health and development of your child.
