HSEEB staff work flexibly between home and the office.

Our family support service is coordinated and delivered by a committed team of practitioners who have extensive training, experience and expertise in supporting families.

 

 Hayley Ronald

Senior Family Coordinator – Mole Valley

Hayley volunteered for Home-Start from 2009 and became a family support coordinator in 2012 following her career in Early Years. Hayley enjoys seeing the positive impact Home-Start’s support has on the lives of children and their parents. She has 2 grown up children.

Hayley works Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm

Lesley Lane

Senior Family Coordinator – Over 5’s/SEND

Lesley’s background is in Primary School Teaching. She worked for over 10 years for a Sure Start Children Centre, supporting both parents and children and specialising in Positive Parenting strategies.

She then taught for 2 years at a Special Needs Education Centre before joining the Home-Start team.  Lesley is the Over 5s Coordinator, offering 1 to 1 support, workshops and courses to support families struggling with their children’s behaviour.  

Lesley works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm

Claire Stevens

Senior Family Coordinator – PIMH

Claire joined the team in September 2022.  She has supported families across multiple contexts and is delighted to now be running the Perinatal Project.  Claire is a proud single Mum to two boys.

Claire works Monday and Wednesday 9.30-2.30, Thursday and Friday 9.30-4.30

Michelle Jones

Manager

Michelle joined the team in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in business management and operations to the team, as well as experience working with vulnerable children. Michelle manages the team and works with the trustees to develop and deliver the Strategic Plan. She considers working for ‘good’ and supporting families to be a privilege and a great responsibility.

Michelle is originally American, has two young children, is a competitive gymnast and describes herself as a cake enthusiast.

Michelle works Monday 9.00-5.00, Tuesday 9.15-2.45, Wednesday 12.30-4.30, and Thursday 10.15-4.45.

Jenny Bond

Administrator/Finance Assistant

Jenny joined HSEEB in July 2022 and enjoys supporting the Staff and Trustee Team with a broad range of work; including event planning, compliance and writing HSEEB’s quarterly newsletter.

Jenny’s professional background is in children and family law. Jenny has also worked in and volunteered with local primary schools and other charities supporting children and families. Jenny has two school-age children and is an active member of her children’s school PTFA, running several Second-Hand Uniform Sales each year.

Tracey Cobb

Senior Family Coordinator-Volunteer Recruitment and Training

Tracey joined the HSEEB in February 2023 after two years as a home visiting volunteer. Tracey loves supporting families and seeing the difference HSEEB can make to their lives. She has a background as a teaching assistant and accountant. 

Tracey is a keen runner and has four children of her own.

Tracey works Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9am – 5pm.

Robbie Forsaith

Dad Matters Coordinator (Surrey)

Robbie came to Home-Start in 2022 from managing an alternative provision, and was a primary school teacher before that.

Robbie runs the Dad Matters Surrey project which supports new dads and dads-to-be during the perinatal period to bond with their babies, look after their own, and their partner’s, mental health, and access services and support that might traditionally not get accessed by dads.

He is passionate about seeing men become the best dads they can be for their children while he strives to do the same for his own kids.

Robbie works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 8am-6pm.
