In just a few days, ten amazing members of our community will be lacing up their trainers and taking on the Surrey Half Marathon, all in support of Home‑Start Epsom, Ewell & Banstead. Each of them is running not just for the challenge, but for the families in our community who need a little extra support during difficult times. We are so proud of every single runner who has chosen to dedicate their time, energy and miles to help local parents and children feel less alone. Their commitment means more families will receive early help, emotional support, and practical guidance when they need it most.

The Impact of Their Miles
Every pound raised by our runners helps us:
- support parents who are struggling with isolation, mental health challenges or overwhelming circumstances
- provide trained volunteers who walk alongside families each week
- offer early help that prevents crises from escalating
- strengthen the wellbeing and resilience of local children
With referrals rising and local services stretched, the support of our runners, and everyone who donates to them, is more important than ever.
Cheering Them On
On race day, friends, family members, colleagues and supporters will be lining the route to cheer our runners on. Whether they’re aiming to beat a personal best, complete their first half marathon, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, we’ll be celebrating every step they take.
A Huge Thank You
To our ten incredible runners: thank you. Your dedication, courage and generosity will make a real difference to families across Epsom, Ewell and Banstead. We are cheering for you, supporting you, and celebrating you every step of the way.
And to everyone who donates, shares their fundraising pages, or sends words of encouragement, thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we are helping local families feel supported, valued and less alone.
